National Construction Safety Week
Every year, Aldridge participates in Safety Week. As a proud sponsor of the event, our goals are to thank our workers for their commitment to safety and recognize their efforts to be injury free. Safety Week provides the opportunity for executive members to come out and engage in open communication with field personnel, facilitating honest discussion, and maintaining the belief that safety is everyone’s responsibility. Since 2015, Aldridge has participated in Construction Safety Week with an organized agenda of daily stand downs at every job site and office location across the country. By taking the time to reach every crew, Safety Week allows for an increased awareness of the importance of being committed to safety, everyday. It serves as a method of inspiration to everyone to share best practices and to work together to strengthen the industry’s safety culture.
While Safety Week happens but once a year, the Aldridge commitment to safety does continue every single day of the year.
