National Footprint, Regional Roots: Our Commitment to Ohio
At Aldridge, our strategy is built on a simple philosophy: national footprint, regional presence. While we have the scale to mobilize anywhere in the country, we believe that the most successful projects are anchored by a long-term commitment to the communities we serve. Our work on the 86-mile transmission rebuild in Ohio is a perfect example of this in action.
To support the technical rigors of this project and the future of the regional grid, we have established a permanent foothold in the state. With our office in Gahanna and an owned, dedicated office, warehouse, and yard in Tiffin, we are positioned to be close to the work and our partners. These locations are more than just staging areas: they are the foundation of our operational capacity and our commitment to being a strong community partner.
Built for the Challenge
We purposefully seek out the industry’s most challenging work, the complex, high-risk projects that others often shy away from. We are built for it. This transmission project, with its intricate logistical requirements and technical constraints, is a testament to the quality of work Aldridge delivers. But our capabilities go far beyond a single market. Whether we are working on transit systems, power infrastructure, or complex foundations, we pride ourselves on self-performing the work and delivering a level of precision that only a truly integrated team can provide.
More Than a Contractor
Our goal is always to be more than just what we were contracted for. By maintaining our own specialized fleet and local management resources, we have the freedom to solve problems in real time and de-risk the process for our clients. We have the craft and management teams already on the ground in Ohio, ready to take on new challenges and positioned to mobilize swiftly.
Establishing these roots in Tiffin and Gahanna is a clear signal of our long-term vision. We are here to improve the infrastructure that powers these communities and to remain a reliable, local resource for the most difficult projects the industry has to offer. We are not just building a grid: we are building a safer and more efficient future for the regions we call home.
