Spanning nearly 800 acres, this large-scale Indiana campus required Aldridge to deliver complete underground infrastructure, including extensive duct bank systems, cabling, lighting, and site security. At peak, more than 100 craftworkers were on-site, leveraging VDC modeling, prefabrication, and specialized tooling to drive efficiency, maintain precision, and meet aggressive schedules.

Groundwater within excavation zones presented early challenges, but proactive coordination with site-wide stakeholders helped mitigate impacts and retain momentum. This project demonstrates Aldridge’s ability to deliver quality at scale while supporting a rapidly growing regional data center market.
