From leading the first major utility expansion projects outside of the Midwest to founding the Mission Critical division, Tom has consistently driven the company’s national growth. He views his career as a series of steps fueled by a willingness to embrace new opportunities and a learning focused attitude. Tom believes that leadership at the enterprise level requires a brand-first perspective, ensuring that Aldridge’s unique capabilities solve complex infrastructure needs for hyperscale customers across the country.
