Steve Rivi was appointed Chairman of the Aldridge Advisory Board on May 1, 2025. He began his career as a journeyman electrician, quickly advancing into leadership roles through hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the business. Steve was named Vice President in 1995, President in 2005, and CEO in 2015, guiding the company through significant growth and transformation. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in mentoring Steve and Alex Aldridge as they stepped into executive leadership. After becoming CEO Emeritus in 2020, Steve has remained actively engaged in both company operations and board leadership. His experience, steady guidance, and long-standing commitment make him the ideal leader for the board as Aldridge approaches $1 billion.
