At a large-scale, AI-driven data center campus, Aldridge is delivering comprehensive site infrastructure across multiple phases, each featuring mirrored buildings and substations. Scope of work includes temporary power systems, site civil coordination, underground duct banks, direct-buried conduit, duct bank rack installation, equipment and structural steel setting, foundations, grounding systems, and full substation installation.

To support aggressive schedules, the team is leveraging prefabrication and advanced BIM modeling, including prefabricated duct bank assemblies and modular temporary power solutions. Extensive preconstruction planning has streamlined coordination across trades, reduced risk, and maintained momentum on a fast-paced program.
