This focus on building credibility has allowed him to lead the Transportation Group in regularly over-performing against its plan. By focusing on removing obstacles for his teams and maintaining a hands-on approach to project execution, Pat has established a culture where the individual’s commitment to excellence directly contributes to the company’s overall success.
