At Aldridge, mental wellness is safety. We build a culture of care, concern, and connection.

At Aldridge, our team members are our greatest asset, and their safety and well-being are paramount. Since 2020, we’ve expanded our focus on mental health and wellness as part of our IIF journey, ensuring support for both our team members and their families.

Support for Team Members & Families

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a formal Employee Assistance Program (EAP)—available 24/7 to team members and their household family members.

The EAP provides confidential support for:

  • Mental and emotional health

  • Physical well-being

  • Financial challenges

  • Social concerns

  • Substance abuse

📞 This service is free, confidential, and always available.

Creating Space for Conversations

Mental health is safety. At Aldridge, we’ve built space for open dialogue and support through programs like UROK.

UROK Monthly Connection Calls:

  • Normalize conversations about mental health

  • Break the stigma surrounding mental health struggles

  • Provide a safe, supportive space for team members to share experiences

💬 “You are not alone. UROK is here to listen.”

Training & Leadership in Suicide Prevention

In partnership with Dr. Sally Spencer-Thomas and the University of Colorado, Aldridge has trained over 70 team members as Mental Health First Responders through the VitalCog program.

These trained team members now:

  • Lead construction-suicide-specific training sessions nationwide

  • Promote suicide prevention in the industry

  • Equip teams to recognize signs of distress and start conversations

  • Build a stronger culture of care and concern

Our Commitment

Mental wellness isn’t a campaign, it’s part of our culture. By supporting one another, offering resources, and leading the way in suicide prevention training, we are building a safer and stronger Aldridge.

At Aldridge, putting people first means caring for the whole person, on and off the job.
