Aldridge Gives: Bucks for Burn Softball Tournament

The 14th annual Bucks for Burn Camp took place this past weekend. With a tight and competitive feud, different divisions competed against each other for the crown. Aldridge contributed six teams consisting of:

Meta 1

Meta 2

Power/Safety

PreFab

Building Trades  &

Highway

Within the past 10 years, over $1.2 million has been donated to the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance (IFSA).

The organization started In 2005 when a former Chicago firefighter came to work for Aldridge. He had just completed his rehab after being badly burned in a fire. While in rehab, he met many children who were burn victims. Meeting these children inspired the start of the Bucks for Burn Camp, a charitable organization that raises money to send young burn victims (ages 8-16) to a special camp experience specifically for kids who have been burned. The camp helps children cope with the physical and psychological trauma that ensues often after horrific burning.

Thank you, everyone, for contributing, and we will see you again next year!
