Safety Stand Downs/Job Briefing Policy
At the start of each shift, crew leaders will hold a job briefing. Everyone present, including subcontractors and visitors, are made aware of the daily scope of work. This is also a time used to share an IIF moment or any safety concerns the crew may have.
