Aldridge worked on the TrAIL project, completing the installation of foundations for a new 180-mile, 500 kV transmission line that runs from Pennsylvania through West Virginia to Virginia. In all, the team installed a total of 170 mono-pole structures and over 525 four-legged lattice tower structures with a total of 2,100 foundations. The extremely mountainous terrain, changing elevations, and various levels of rock created the need for detailed planning of equipment and material transportation.
