After your first six months and twice a year after that, Aldridge assures that you and your manager create a personalized professional development plan that includes experiences and education designed to reach your professional goals.

Our innovative Leadership Development program grows the skills you will need to advance at Aldridge. Our hands-on workshops and individualized coaching provide a firm foundation to enable you to manage and lead others at Aldridge.

Skills development

We encourage you to develop your talents and grow your skills whether you are a project manager, accountant, administrator, purchaser, or fleet specialist. Specific process training for project managers is provided enabling them to efficiently perform their tasks. Seminars often presented by outside professionals cover such topics as project administrative responsibilities, implementing job controls, problem-solving, and a variety of topics related to the construction industry.

Knowing that all of our field personnel play a key role in the construction process and success of our projects, Aldridge provides training to strengthen abilities at all levels. Workshops have been developed in conjunction with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and cover such topics as the transition into management, scheduling, team building, communication, leading and motivating, and field and safety training. 

Personnel is provided safety training and equipment training on a yearly basis, as well as on specific skills necessary to perform their jobs.
